The program aims to encourage employees’ direct contribution to the company’s growth and strengthen the recruitment process.
Under this new program, if an employee recommends a candidate and the candidate completes three months of employment after being hired, the referrer will receive a 50,000 yen incentive. A unique feature of this program is that all employees are eligible to receive incentives, regardless of the position or level of the referred candidate. Incentives are paid on the payday of the month following the end of the three-month working period.
