Nonoha, operated by HOPE Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Matsubara City, Osaka Prefecture, Representative: Haruki Tomioka), opened its first Matsubara store on January 8, 2014. We offer Japanese eel at a reasonable price with the idea of “making our carefully selected eel more casual.” As an eel restaurant where you can easily celebrate, we sell flower gifts in-store, making it possible to celebrate on the spot. In addition, it will be possible to order flower bouquets and phalaenopsis orchids in-store, and gifts can be sent from a distance, establishing a completely new style of eel restaurant that is not limited by conventional methods.

Many customers purchase the flower gifts sold in the store as presents on the day, and CEO Tomioka, who originally expected it to take a little longer for the concept of “celebration” to become popular, said it was a happy miscalculation, and said that it will continue to be a milestone in the future. For Unaki Kimika, which is considering expanding into a franchise, by applying for trademark registration for the menu name, the
