We are pleased to announce that we have newly released the “Side job change matching” function in MGR (Offers Manager).
With this function, we will match companies with job seekers who are interested in changing jobs on the side. Companies can also exchange messages without having to pay additional scouts.

*“Side job change” refers to changing jobs as a full-time employee after working as a side job or other outsourced work. Since you will have work experience once, you can choose to join the company after confirming your compatibility with each other.

About the side job change matching function
In recent years, there has been an increasing number of engineers, PMs, and designers who want to work on side jobs before deciding whether to become full-time employees. In a survey conducted by our company regarding job seekers’ needs for side job change, more than 10 people responded in one day, and more than 70% of them, including employees of listed companies and mega-ventures, responded. I would like to change my side job. Additionally, 75% of them said they would like to change jobs from side jobs within six months.

On the other hand, especially for companies in the series C and below phase of startups, hiring mismatches have a major impact on budgets, organizations, and business growth. There is a growing need to do this. In fact, a survey found that 55% of companies that are actively recruiting are interested in hiring through side job change. Against this background, we have decided to release the side job job change matching function. This function connects companies with job seekers who wish to change jobs on the side. In addition to supporting job seekers to effectively change jobs from side jobs to full-time jobs, we also provide companies with opportunities to meet talented people who cannot be found through general job change services, and minimize mismatches in recruitment. We aim to suppress it.
With this new feature, we aim to revitalize the side job change itself and provide a new career change option for many people and companies.
