From February 15th (Thursday) to March 14th (Thursday), we will be offering “Asahi Kanjuro” (Beniharuka) sweet potato cake from Hokota City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Asahi Kanjuro is a sweet potato grown in the warm climate and fertile land of the Kashima Sea, selected from Beni Haruka and Silk Sweet, which have a high amount of starch, and aged and preserved.
