In the future, with the support of the Japan Tourism Agency, we will promote the “project to create new food content using Kobe-produced ingredients and plant-based ingredients, and create an environment that accommodates food diversity as a community.”
In addition, we are planning to implement a “Gastronomy Tourism Project Aiming to Attract Wealthy People from Overseas,” which will be implemented with the support of Osaka Prefecture, and will support companies involved in tourism as they strive to become an
international tourist city in preparation for the Osaka-Kansai Expo. We will continue to work hard.

Through the introduction of corporate activities, the constituent companies deepened their interactions with each other, and they also cooperated in UTRT’s activities.
-About the activities of the Food Diversity Promotion Roundtable (UTRT)- The activities promoted by UTRT are not to promote the acquisition of Halal certification, but to increase the number of businesses that can provide appropriate services to the extent possible, based on the idea of “Muslim friendly”, and to promote plant-based (food products using plant-derived ingredients). ) while also incorporating * Our goal is to create an environment that displays ingredients as pictograms and develops human resources that can accommodate the diverse food cultures of diverse people.
Cooperation: Food Pict Co., Ltd.
There is no need to develop new recipes or menus, and by simply adding ingredient pictograms to the menus you currently offer, you can create an environment that accommodates dietary diversity.
By using pictograms, Muslims and vegetarians can choose their own dishes, and inbound tourists with food allergies can enjoy their meals with peace of mind.
With the Osaka/Kansai Expo as an opportunity, the number of shops and facilities that are Muslim-friendly will increase, making Osaka an international tourist city where you can enjoy sightseeing with peace of mind. It will also alleviate the labor shortage and language barrier on the receiving side of stores.
In the future, UTRT will plan to expand the number of food pictograms, as well as promote PR to foreign tourists before, during and after the trip, develop new menus, hold food diversity experience events (gastronomy tourism), and matchmaking among UTRT member companies. We also plan to engage in support and food diversity consulting.

Please feel free to contact us if you are a company that would like to strengthen your efforts regarding “food diversity that leaves no one behind” or that would like to turn inbound demand for food into a business opportunity.
