Prologis (Japan Headquarters: Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, Chairman and CEO: Goshu Yamada), a leading global company that owns, operates, and develops logistics real estate, is pleased to announce that it has established a partnership with Great Place to Work(R) Institute Japan. In the 2024 edition of Japan’s “Great Places to Work” certification/ranking conducted by Japan (GPTW Japan), we were certified as a “Decent Workplace” and were selected as one of the top 100 companies with particularly high standards of job satisfaction.

Companies that meet or exceed a certain standard are designated as “Certified Companies to Work For”, and the top 100 companies with particularly high standards are ranked as the “Best 100 Companies to Work For”. 653 companies participated in this year’s ranking of “Great Places to Work” in Japan, and Prologis was ranked 33rd in the medium-sized category (company size) out of the best 100 companies.
