Furthermore, at the Board of Directors meeting held on February 9, 2024, the Company announced that Peanuts Club Co., Ltd. will be the allottee, subject to the issuance of new shares through third-party allotment and notification of financial instruments transactions becoming effective. We have resolved to conclude a purchase agreement regarding the issuance of new shares through third-party allotment on February 9, 2024.
