Fashion e-commerce site “nugu” has launched its fastest delivery service, “Express Shipping”, on January 29th.
“nugu (http://www.nugu.jp)” is an e-commerce platform that “collects the trendiest products and brands” targeting Japanese Generation Z. Based on influencer marketing, they sell products in various categories such as fashion, cosmetics, and lifestyle, and continue to expand their business.
Nugu products are shipped directly from the warehouse at the company’s headquarters in South Korea. This is because it is close to the Korean fashion market in order to quickly provide trendy products. While this allowed us to maintain sensitivity to trends, there was the drawback that overseas deliveries were slower to reach customers than domestic deliveries.

Orders placed by 11:59 p.m. on the same day will be shipped the next day, and will be delivered to customers the day after. The probability of delivery within 3 days from the date of order is 98%.
Of course, not all products are eligible. The products eligible for express delivery are made up of products that reflect the seasons and trends, and new products will be added every week to reflect the latest sales data. This will allow express delivery users to get trendy and popular products in real time.
The express shipping service is one of nugu’s new endeavors in 2024. nugu, which will open its second offline store in Osaka in March of this year, plans to make maximum use of the logistics system it has built in Japan. The introduction of express shipping will minimize delays in product arrival and out-of-stock items. With the
introduction of express shipping, nugu aims to handle over 40% of its annual deliveries only within Japan.
