We would like to inform you that we have made an additional investment in Ryunen).
As a pioneer of “Corporate Governance Tech” in Japan, MICHIBIKU is a pioneer in corporate governance technology.
We are a start-up company that aims to create a world where
decision-making is possible and accelerates updates in the area of corporate governance, which has until now been a blank area of DX. We have been providing the board of directors DX platform “michibiku” since August 2022.
“michibiku” is a board of directors DX platform that improves the efficiency of board operations and the quality of decision-making. In addition to going paperless and getting rid of stamps, we are also consolidating the data necessary for the board of directors into one platform. By digitizing important meetings all at once, we aim to improve the quality of decision-making, increase opportunities to create new value, and enable the board of directors and other organizations to perform their essential functions.
The board of directors DX provided by Michibiku is a service that not only improves operational efficiency through digitalization, but also contributes to corporate governance, which has become important in recent years. Already, as the release of DX products progresses, group introductions at major companies are accelerating, and the effects of introduction are beginning to be proven.
DIMENSION has decided to make an additional investment to support CEO Nakamura and Michibiku’s business expansion, which continues to focus on customers, people, and organizations.
Through this investment, DIMENSION will support the realization of Michibiku’s mission of “leading management to its ideal form.” In addition, we will continue to invest in and support entrepreneurs who have high ambitions and are sincerely engaged in management.
