We will participate in this project in response to the adoption of “Technology development for Beyond 2nm and short TAT semiconductor manufacturing” proposed by the Advanced Semiconductor Technology Center (LSTC), a technology research association, in “Development of cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing technology.” I would like to inform you that.
