◎Analysis results of Calomil users divided by purpose
We conducted a survey to find out how users who use the Calomil app for weight loss, weight gain, or other purposes gained or lost weight. Users who newly downloaded the “Calomil” app and recorded 10 or more meals per month between January 1st and December 31st, 2023 were surveyed, and the target weight was reduced compared to when the goal was set. We defined users who are increasing their weight as “intent to lose weight,” users who are increasing their weight as “increase weight,” and users who set the same weight as “intent to maintain the current status.”
As a result of the survey, the most common user was for the purpose of losing weight, but on the other hand, about 50% of users (about 30% last year ) was occupied. It turns out that it is used not only for dieting, but also for people who aim to maintain good health and are concerned about their daily nutritional balance.

This is an ideal weight loss range of 1.0kg to 1.8kg per person, and is considered to be a level at which it is difficult to rebound from a weight loss range that does not overdo it.
*Specific health guidance: In order to prevent lifestyle-related diseases, target people (40 to 74 years old) are diagnosed with a high risk of developing lifestyle-related diseases, based on the results of medical examinations focusing on metabolic syndrome. Specialist staff (public health nurses, registered dietitians, etc.) provide support for reviewing lifestyle habits for people who can expect many benefits from lifestyle-related disease prevention through improvements.
