We are pleased to announce that we will be holding “TOKYO PRIZE Carbon Reduction,” the largest prize-type research and development project in Japan’s history with a total of 100 million yen.

background
ANRI has invested in venture companies with technologies that contribute to decarbonization through the management of the “ANRI GREEN 1″ fund, which specializes in climate change and environmental issues. In this context, we want to go beyond the framework of investing in venture companies and discover more diverse technologies, so we have started a prize-type research and development project that does not limit the approach but only has the common goal of
“decarbonization.” I ended up planning it.
Additionally, in the field of deep tech, including decarbonization technology, we believe it is important to form a team that has multifaceted abilities, not only in a single underlying technology but also in areas such as scale-up, management, and finance. We aim to encourage the formation of a community centered around Tokyo, where “TOKYO SUTEAM” is located, and foster an ecosystem that will enable better team-up.
