The certified NPO Florence (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Midori Akasaka) has announced that PKSHA Co., Ltd. “Enaga-san” is a chatbot that uses LINE Technology’s conversation engine to mainly respond to inquiries related to unexpected
pregnancies.
We have implemented AI in the “Consultation Room”. As a result, the chatbot’s “dialogue function” and “analysis function” were updated in February 2024.
In the area of ​​”pregnancy consultation x AI”, where there is little precedent, we will provide a system that makes it easier for users to consult and access the information they are looking for than ever before.

Based on these backgrounds and needs, we have created a system that utilizes LINE, which is used by many people across the country every day and allows those seeking advice to ask questions anonymously, to deliver accurate information 24 hours a day to those in need of consultation and support. Chatbot “Enaga-san” using LINE in April 2020 We have started the “Consultation Room” service.
