TKP Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President: Takateru Kono, hereinafter referred to as TKP) will open the 5th floor of “TKP Garden City Kyoto Tower Hotel” in the Kyoto Tower Building on Thursday, February 1, 2024. ), the 4th floor was expanded on Thursday, February 15th, and a reception was held today, Tuesday, February 27th, to commemorate the grand opening.

Currently, TKP operates “TKP Garden City Kyoto Tower Hotel” on 4 floors in the Kyoto Tower Building. We have recently added two new floors, the 4th and 5th floors (contracted area: 1,946 square meters, 588 tsubo), and have a total contracted area of 4,494 square meters (1,359 tsubo), with a total of 36 meeting rooms and banquet halls. We are now open. This facility is conveniently located right in front of Kyoto Station and is directly connected to the Kyoto Station underground mall. Kyoto Station is a terminal station for trains such as the Tokaido Shinkansen, JR conventional lines, and Kyoto Municipal Subway, and is also adjacent to the Kyoto Ekimae Bus Terminal, which departs from and arrives at various sightseeing spots in Kyoto City. Because it is easily accessible not only from major areas in the Kansai region but also from major cities in Japan and overseas, it can be used for a variety of occasions, from large-scale international conferences with many guests to private gatherings. It can also be used in conjunction with the attached Kyoto Tower Hotel, making it a suitable facility for overnight training, seminars, and incentive trips.
Currently, TKP is actively opening new stores in anticipation of expansion of the rental conference room market as demand for face-to-face events and meetings recovers.
