Shopping delivery service “Rakuraku Kuma-san Courier” stores will expand to over 200 stores in March!
Maruetsu is offering in-store shopping services as part of its efforts to solve the problems faced by customers, such as wanting to buy in bulk but not being able to take it home, wanting to finish other errands after shopping, or wanting to use home delivery more easily. We are pleased to inform you that we are gradually expanding the number of stores implementing the product delivery service “Rakuraku Kuma-san Takuhaibin,” and plan to introduce it to 202 stores by the end of March.
In addition, we will make it easier to understand the existing multiple passports, and from March 1st (Friday), we will start offering new services such as issuing new passports with a wider range of people and distributing stamp cards.
Valid for pregnant women, people with children under 3 years old, people over 70 years old, people with disabilities, people certified as requiring long-term care, their families, and helpers within the expiration date. If so, we will be distributing a “Lifestyle Support Passport” that can be used for 100 yen (base price) instead of the usual 200 yen (base price) shipping fee.
In addition, to customers who pay regular shipping fees, we will distribute stamp cards with free shipping fees depending on the number of times they are used.
We will continue to respond to the diversifying lifestyles of our customers and strive to provide services that allow customers to enjoy shopping comfortably and stress-free.
