Pudu Robotics Japan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shenzhen, China, Japanese corporation Pudu Robotics Japan Co., Ltd. According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, it is estimated that it will be necessary to secure approximately 2.43 million nursing care workers in 2025 and 2.8 million nursing care workers in 2040.In Japan, where the birthrate is declining and the population is aging, the market size of the nursing care industry is increasing. As the number of nursing care workers continues to grow, the shortage of nursing care workers is becoming more and more serious. As a measure to secure nursing care personnel, we believe it is important to solve the complex needs of the industry by introducing robots and improve productivity, but there are still many facilities that are not proactive about introducing robots. This is the challenge.
The cat-shaped serving robot “BellaBot” is responsible for serving meals, serving meals, and delivering within facilities, and the commercial cleaning robot “PUDU CC1″ is responsible for cleaning corridors and halls within facilities, mainly in restaurants, accommodation facilities, home centers, etc. It has already been introduced in many facilities. Additionally, the “PUDU CC1,” “SwiftBot,” and “FlashBot” exhibited this time can also be linked to elevators, which is expected to contribute to reducing the workload of nursing care staff as the workforce continues to age. Through this exhibition, PUDU aims to expand the introduction of robots in the nursing care industry while utilizing the knowledge of robot solutions gathered in each industry. In addition, by separating the work areas between humans and robots, the robots will perform simple tasks such as serving, delivering, and cleaning the floor, while humans will be able to provide care for users that cannot be handled by robots, improving the quality of services in nursing care settings. We will propose ways to improve business efficiency.
