acquisition of Sopheon, a pioneer in innovation management software.
Through this acquisition, Wellspring, a leader in innovation for academic institutions, governments, and businesses, and Sopheon, which has strengths in corporate innovation management, will be integrated. The world’s leading software provider will be created, unparalleled in driving the world’s R&D and innovation activities.
