Sukedachi Co., Ltd. (located in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Yoichi Agatsuma; hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), which operates the matching platform “Sukedachi” that supports all people engaged in the construction industry, announced on April 1, 2024. We would like to inform you that Mr. Kenjiro Kitagawa will be newly appointed as Director and CFO as of today.

Our company’s mission is to “make construction sites an attractive workplace,” and we offer a matching service called “Sukedachi” for craftsmen working at construction sites and construction companies, and a recruitment service specializing in the construction industry called “Sukedachi Employees.” We have expanded our services and worked hard to resolve the labor shortage in the construction industry. Currently, it is used by over 200,000 business operators, who use it to find new partner companies and business partners, hire full-time employees, and support business expansion and growth.
In anticipation of further business growth in the future, we have appointed Mr. Kenjiro Kitagawa, who was the general manager of the TMT (Telecommunications Media Technology) Group at Citigroup Securities, with the aim of strengthening the management structure and financial and IR functions. I am pleased to welcome him as a new director and CFO.
Mr. Kitagawa has been involved in sales, acquisitions, and financing for major companies, as well as IPOs for venture companies, and has extensive knowledge and experience in business growth and strategy promotion for companies of various sizes.
From now on, as Director and CFO of the Company, he will not only lead fund procurement and investment strategies, but also be in charge of IR, etc., with the aim of further business growth and increasing corporate value.

After graduating from the University of Tokyo, worked at Nissho Iwai Corporation (currently Sojitz Corporation) and Accenture, then earned an MBA from Northwestern University. 2005 Joined Goldman Sachs Securities Co., Ltd. as an associate. After that, as the general manager of the TMT (Telecom Media Technology) group at Deutsche Securities, Citigroup Securities, etc., he led sales, acquisitions, and financing projects for major companies as well as IPO projects for venture companies.
