The Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto (location: Kamogawa Nijo Ohashi, Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto City, general manager: Carlos Tarero) will be celebrating its 10th anniversary on March 28, 2024 (Thursday) by hosting a restaurant that will host a master of the culinary world, We will be holding a special collaboration dinner with three star chefs.

We have invited Mr. Fantin, Inoue’s long-time friend and mentor, and Mr. Aduris, whom he studied under, to present a one-night-only special dinner that will represent the “genealogy of cooking” created through three generations of master-pupil relationships.
Enjoy a variety of luxurious original dishes created by culinary masters from Japan and the world together during the beautiful spring season when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom.
