Ezsurf.make” release event will be held on March 27th.

“Ezsurf.make” (Ezsurf dot
Make) is a solution that allows you to easily and quickly create machining extension surfaces, which is a complicated task when creating CAM*1 data. Significantly reduce traditional modeling time and deliver faster, more accurate results.
This solution is also available from Autodesk
Since it has been developed as an add-in to Fusion*2, the introduction cost can be kept low, while it can be used as an auxiliary tool without changing the CAD/CAM tool you are currently using, so it can be introduced to a wide range of CAM users. This is a solution you can consider.

Equipped with functions specialized for mold processing extension surface modeling
*Function 1.: Automatic surface acquisition*
The automatic surface acquisition function allows you to select multiple surfaces to be extended at once with one click.
Flexible surface selection is achieved by setting angle thresholds for adjacent surfaces.

* Feature 2.: * No need to trim work after creating extension surface Not only can you extend multiple surfaces at the same time, but you can also extend them all at the same height.
Therefore, there is no need to trim the extended surface.

*Function 3.: Generate fill-in-the-blank and complementary surfaces at the same time*
It is also possible to fill in holes and generate complementary surfaces at the same time as creating extended surfaces.
*Feature 4: Export in various file formats*
It is possible to export in various file formats such as STEP and IGES so that you can use your current CAM system without changing it. By introducing “Ezsurf.make” as an auxiliary tool specialized for generating extended surfaces, you can use it without changing the current work flow.
