BoConcept Japan Co., Ltd., the Japanese branch of BoConcept, an interior design brand originating from Denmark, which operates more than 340 stores in 67 countries around the world, has released a new 2024 Spring/Summer collection, “CANCÚN.” will be available in stores from March 2024.

Inspired by CANCÚN, a Mexican resort town on the Caribbean Sea, this collection of outdoor dining and lounge furniture brings indoor comfort while enjoying nature.
“As consumers continue to prioritize spending time outdoors, outdoor spaces are increasingly being thought of as an extension of indoor living spaces,” said Klaus Dietlieb Jensen, Collection and Visual Director at BoConcept. “We wanted to express the colorful spirit of Cancun – a time to enjoy life.”

Designer Morten Geosen says, “When we started the CANCÚN project, our source of inspiration was the “origins” of outdoor furniture.” “I realized that I needed a well-thought-out list.”
This collection includes stackable outdoor dining chairs (with or without armrests), outdoor dining tables (2 sizes), outdoor cafe tables (2 sizes), outdoor lounge chairs, and outdoor lounge sofas. , includes matching outdoor lounge tables (2 sizes).
“One of our main objectives was to design a garden furniture set that would be versatile and provide hours of comfortable enjoyment. It’s also great. It’s a timeless design that will remain your companion for years to come,” says Geosen.

“We wanted the chairs to be lightweight aluminum, but steel was chosen for the table.We wanted something that had a solid feel and was easy to move.Also, we wanted it to have an uneven surface like a balcony or terrace.” In some cases, it has adjustable legs,” says Geosen.
Additionally, because the steel is galvanized, CANCÚN can be installed outdoors in all weather conditions and even near the sea without rusting. Rust is absolutely not allowed!
