Flavors include lip-shaped chocolate bonbons made with rose water, sweets that express rose flowers with lychee and raspberry, the representative flavors of Fauchon Signature’s Biz Biz, and sweets that use melon and blueberry. The menu is delicately shaped and pretty. One of the savory items is the tartlet with rose-scented marinated tomatoes and rose essence jelly.
