CEO: Yasuyuki Sato (hereinafter referred to as “Frontier Field”) will conduct a capital increase through third-party allotment to Terumo Corporation (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director, President and CEO: Shinjiro Sato, hereinafter referred to as “Terumo”). We would like to inform you that we will form a capital and business alliance with this company. *

Frontier Field has a vision of “creating a medical ICT platform and digitizing medical care,” and has launched the smartphone service “Nippon Mobile,” which realizes DX of medical institutions in a secure environment for medical institutions all over the country. ” and develop and provide applications that promote work style reform in medical settings. “Nichibyou Mobile” is equipped with functions required in medical settings as standard, such as nurse call, electronic medical record linkage, group chat, emergency call function, and remote management of terminals. Through a capital and business alliance, Frontier Field and Terumo will work together to develop and propose solutions to medical institutions that support work style reform for medical professionals and the promotion of team medical care.
Specifically, by linking data from Nichibyou Mobile and Terumo’s infusion pumps and syringe pumps, HR Joint (TM), a series of vital sign measuring devices with communication functions, and peritoneal dialysis-related equipment, we will We will build a “digital twin” (note) that allows you to access real-time patient information at any time through the “Ichigo Mobile” platform. This creates an environment in which medical professionals can constantly monitor patients regardless of location or time constraints, supporting medical institutions’ efforts to pursue patient-centered medical care.
(Note) Utilizing various data collected from real physical space to reproduce the same environment in virtual space or on a computer as if it were a twin.
