About Higashiogishima DC
Higashi-Ogishima DC is a double-rampway type multi-tenant logistics facility that was completed in March 2023 in Higashi-Ogishima, Kawasaki Ward, Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and has the highest nine-story building in Japan and one of the largest floors in Asia with a total floor area of ​​approximately 350,000 square meters. . In addition, it is close to the city center, the port, and Haneda Airport, and is used by tenant companies as one of the leading logistics bases in the Tokyo metropolitan area, with land, sea, and air transportation infrastructure.

We believe that ESG (Environment, Society, Governance) initiatives are a natural responsibility for a company to survive and realize a sustainable society. Higashi-Ogishima DC also gives due consideration to energy conservation and environmental impact reduction, and has received the highest levels of CASBEE*1 S rank and BELS*2 5 stars. The plan is to install solar panels on the roof of the building and operate a 2.5MW self-consumption solar power plant.
