About Higashiogishima DC
Higashi-Ogishima DC is a double-rampway type multi-tenant logistics facility that was completed in March 2023 in Higashi-Ogishima, Kawasaki Ward, Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and has the highest nine-story building in Japan and one of the largest floors in Asia with a total floor area of approximately 350,000 square meters. . Higashi-Ogishima DC also gives due consideration to energy conservation and environmental impact reduction, and has received the highest levels of CASBEE*1 S rank and BELS*2 5 stars. The plan is to install solar panels on the roof of the building and operate a 2.5MW self-consumption solar power plant.
