“BASE PASTA” is the first “frozen” pasta in the BASE FOOD Deli series. Compared to “Bolognese,” we have also made improvements to the pasta noodles we use. By changing the type of starch used, the slippery and chewy texture of the noodles is greatly improved, and by adjusting the blending ratio of the raw materials used, the grain-specific odor and color of the noodles are improved. Given the constraints of “completely nutritious pasta”, we were particular about formulating ingredients to bring them closer to the appearance and taste of “cod roe pasta” that many people imagine. In addition to “raw cod roe” that brings out the flavor of cod roe, we also use plenty of “roasted cod roe” that gives you a texture and aroma, making this a product that will satisfy even cod roe pasta lovers.
