We aim to help resolve the labor shortage in the construction industry by providing “Business/Enterprise” and “Sukedachi Employee”, a recruitment service specialized in the construction industry.

■Summary
The constant labor shortage has become a serious issue in the construction industry, making it extremely difficult for small and medium-sized construction companies and builders in particular to arrange partner companies and hire craftsmen as employees. In response to these challenges, we have launched “Sukedachi Business/Sukedachi Enterprise”*1, a matching service for construction companies and builders with over 200,000 registered businesses, and “Sukedachi Employee”*2, a recruitment service specializing in the construction industry. Through this, we provide connections with many partner companies and skilled craftsmen.
We have recently entered into a business outsourcing agreement with NTT East Services for the purpose of introducing the various services we provide to NTT East Services’ construction partners.
At NTT East Japan Services, in addition to our main business of call center operations, we are focusing on digital marketing using the web, and with the management diagnosis site “Leave it to N!” We provide content that solves management issues.
In addition, the company has established bases in the eastern Japan region and has many construction companies as customers, and in this sales collaboration, the company’s business diagnosis site “Leave it to N!” By introducing “Sukedachi employees”, we will contribute to resolving the labor shortage at our client construction companies. Through the collaboration between our company, which boasts an overwhelming market share as a platform for the construction industry, and NTT East Japan Services, which has a rich customer base in the eastern Japan region, we aim to help alleviate the labor shortage in the construction industry as a whole.
