The Japanese Head and Neck Cancer Society and Rakuten Medical will hold a disease awareness event “Rakuten Medical” at the Vissel Kobe official game on May 15th.
Co-hosted “Head and Neck Cancer Conquering Day” and invited 25 groups of 50 people by lottery.
Japan Head and Neck Cancer Society (Location: Koto-ku, Tokyo, Chairman: Kenichi Niu) and Rakuten Medical Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and Chairman: Mikitani) Hiroshi (hereinafter Rakuten Medical) will be holding a disease awareness event “Rakuten Medical” at the official home match of J1 League soccer club “Vissel Kobe” to be held at Noevir Stadium Kobe on Wednesday, May 15th.
We will co-sponsor “Head and Neck Cancer Conquering Day.”
Through various events at this event, both parties will disseminate information on the characteristics, prevention, and early detection of head and neck cancer. In order to let as many people as possible know about the disease, we will be inviting 25 groups of 50 people to attend this match and event for free.

Head and Neck Cancer Awareness Clear File featuring players from Vissel Kobe, a J1 League soccer club that is Rakuten Medical’s partner, and Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles, a professional baseball team for which Rakuten Medical is an official sponsor, will be released by Japan Head and Neck. It will be created under the supervision of the Cancer Society.
Head and neck cancers include oral cavity cancer (tongue cancer, etc.), pharyngeal cancer (nasopharyngeal cancer, oropharyngeal cancer, hypopharyngeal cancer), laryngeal cancer, salivary gland cancer, thyroid cancer, etc. It is a general term for cancers that occur in the area from the head to the collarbone, excluding the eyes. Various medical departments, including surgery, radiology, and medical oncology, collaborate to provide multidisciplinary treatment that combines standard treatments and new treatments.
The Japan Head and Neck Cancer Society, which brings together specialists in head and neck cancer treatment, and Rakuten Medical, whose mission is to overcome cancer, are working together to make as many people as possible aware of head and neck cancer, and to promote the prevention, early detection, and prevention of the disease.
