Australia Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Ezycharge Aus) is a sub-subsidiary of our company.
Our company has been continuously expanding overseas, mainly through franchise development. This stock acquisition is aimed at accelerating global expansion, including in Europe and the US.
