Sakamoto Jozo Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kagoshima City, Kagoshima Prefecture, President and Representative Director: Akihiro Sakamoto), which manufactures and sells black vinegar made in traditional pots that has continued since the Edo period, will begin its spring brewing this year from April 1st (Monday). We will start.

manufacturing method that has been around for over 200 years. During the preparation period from April 1st to the end of June, we are accepting interviews about the preparation process, and we are introducing the details of the preparation process carried out by skilled craftsmen including the head brewing engineer.
