Background of expansion in Kumamoto Prefecture
Kumamoto Prefecture is the prefecture with the fourth largest number of driving agencies* in Japan, and driving agencies are deeply rooted in the lives of Kumamoto residents. Since the new coronavirus was classified as Category 5, the demand for driving assistance has been recovering, but the driving agency industry is still facing the problem of chronic labor shortages and is unable to keep up with its response. It is said that it is not uncommon for people who use the driving agency to have to wait for almost an hour.
Therefore, we will start rolling out our service in Kumamoto Prefecture from March 22, 2024, and will work to improve the operational efficiency of driving agencies.
