Theme: The forefront of improving real estate value using building data from smart buildings
Tuesday, April 9, 2024 14:40-15:30
Location: Tokyo Midtown Hall & Conference
overview:
With the recent evolution of technology, new systems that utilize building data, such as smart buildings, building operating systems, and robot platforms, are appearing one after another. However, there is still not enough information about the impact of these innovations on real estate investors and owners. As the life cycle of a building is said to be 80 years, a system is beginning to be put in place to accumulate building stock data and utilize it to improve real estate value. This event will focus on buildings from the perspective of improving real estate value, such as reducing building management costs, increasing the sophistication of CAPEX management, automating due diligence reports at the time of real estate exit, increasing rents by providing added value for tenants, and acquiring ESG data. We will discuss how best to utilize data. By providing information including the latest examples, we aim to think about the future of the real estate industry and provide useful insights to all participants. About the speakers

transparency in the real estate and construction industries. We provide support for the development and implementation of the software “Manageroid,” which helps real estate management companies improve their labor productivity, and the AI “Kenkuroid,” an AI that automatically estimates estimates for repair work.
Even in this industry, which is generally considered to be “one price,” there are rare situations in which there is no optimal price “Fair Value.” This often results in multiple contract structures and structures that tend to become black boxes. In order to make these black boxes transparent, THIRD combines professional know-how in real estate and construction with cutting-edge AI and IT technology to provide customers with problem-solving from a third-party perspective.
