[Wakura Onsen – First step towards recovery] Toraku Co., Ltd., which was affected by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake, begins accepting accommodations for companies and organizations supporting water supply restoration and reconstruction.

Noto Raku Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nanao City, Ishikawa Prefecture, Representative: Yutaka Tanizaki) has launched two crowdfunding campaigns to collect support for repairing buildings and equipment damaged by the earthquake and for operating funds for the time being. We started on March 9th, and achieved our goal of 2.5 million yen within 3 days, and our next goal of 8 million yen on March 13th. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to everyone for their tremendous support and encouragement. *

* Water supply has finally been restored to Wakura Onsen. *
*Due to equipment reasons, we are refraining from supplying water to the building, but tap water will soon be available as usual in areas where the pipes are not damaged. *

Therefore, from April 2024, we plan to begin accepting accommodations for companies and organizations supporting reconstruction efforts at Noto Raku. We will mainly offer guest rooms on the middle floors of the annex “Garden Noto-ya” and the “Noto Raku” main building, which suffered relatively little damage. *

It’s been a long road so far. We started crowdfunding approximately 40 days after the Noto Peninsula earthquake occurred on January 1st. We would like to thank everyone for their support, and we have received a tremendous amount of help. My gratitude will never end. *

Many people have helped me so far. Although indirectly, we are very happy that the day has come when we can help Noto’s recovery. We will continue to work hard for reconstruction and recovery. *
