Our bedside care information integrated system starts linking with smartphones for medical institutions – Supporting operational efficiency at medical institutions where “physician work style reforms” are starting –
*Paramount Bed Co., Ltd.’s “Smart Bed System (TM)” and Frontier Field Co., Ltd.’s smartphone developed and provided by Frontier Field Co., Ltd. for medical institutions, “Nichibyou Mobile,” will begin collaborating from June 1st. *

The “Smart Bed System” aggregates various information such as sleep/wakefulness, breathing rate, and heart rate (*1) obtained from each sensor and displays it on a terminal at the bedside or staff station. In addition, by linking with medical information systems such as electronic medical record systems and various measuring devices, it realizes unified management of patient information and contributes to reducing the burden of record-keeping work on medical professionals. From May 2023, we will launch the CVC fund “PARAMOUNT BED Healthcare”. Fund” (*2), the company has invested in medical-related startup Frontier Field, Inc., and has recently announced that it will link the smart bed system with Nichibyou Mobile, a smartphone exclusively developed for medical institutions, by medical corporation Seiwa. We will deliver it to Osaka Tatsumi Rehabilitation Hospital (Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture).
Through this collaboration, nurses will be able to check the patient’s movements on the bed, biological information, etc. on the Nichibyou mobile terminal without having to be stationed at the bedside or staff station, thereby realizing information sharing and streamlining care. We will support the operational efficiency of medical institutions, which will begin “reforming the way doctors work” from April of this year.
