“Mochi Monaka Condensed Milk Salt Flavor” is a rice cake with condensed milk and Okinawan salt “Nuchimasu” kneaded into the filling. The rich sweetness of the condensed milk and salt from Okinawa are a perfect combination for an addictive taste.
“Salted Japanese Sweets Mix” is a mix of 5 types: Hashio Daifuku, Shio Mochi Monaka, Shio Agar Mochi, Salt Yokan, and Salt Manju. The flavor of salt brings out the sweetness of the Japanese sweets, creating a taste that will make you want to eat more and more of them.
