The average price per used condominium in the Tokyo metropolitan area was 38.89 million yen, an increase of 0.6% from the previous month for the first time in two months. Compared to the same month last year, sales fell for four consecutive months.
Sales in western Chiba Prefecture have declined month-on-month for eight consecutive months.
Tokyo’s 23 wards have updated their highest prices since January 2017 for seven consecutive months.

The average price per unit in the Tokyo metropolitan area increased by 0.6% from the previous month for the first time in two months, but compared to the same month last year it fell for the fourth
consecutive month.
By area, prices in five areas, including western Chiba Prefecture, which has been in decline for eight consecutive months, decreased from the previous month, while prices in Tokyo’s 23 wards, Chiba
Prefecture, and other areas reached their highest levels since January 2017. Price trends differ by area. It was observed.
Furthermore, Tokyo’s 23 wards recorded the highest amount for seven consecutive months, but the rate of increase compared to the same month last year also increased for five consecutive months, and the difference from the previous year was 2.2 million yen, once again exceeding 2 million yen.
