Kaspersky supports Interpol-led investigation to thwart attack using Grandoreiro banking Trojan

[This release was created based on the press release issued by Kaspersky on March 18, 2024] –[Summary]—Kaspersky is conducting an investigation into cybercrime led by the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol). We cooperate in research and analysis of activities. In January of this year, our efforts helped Brazilian authorities arrest five operators of the Grandoreiro banking campaign. This attack campaign used a banking Trojan and is estimated to have caused more than 3.5 million euros in damages. (Click here for Interpol’s announcement dated March 18)
