Trite and NTT East begin collaboration to improve productivity and services at nursing care facilities through ICT support

Naoki (hereinafter referred to as “NTT East”) is pleased to announce that it will begin initiatives such as promoting ICT in nursing care facilities in order to resolve issues such as the shortage of human resources in the nursing care industry. As the first step, bright Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Trite, will
vie (Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, President and CEO: Iida) Utilizing “Care Data Connect” by Yuichi (hereinafter referred to as “Bright V”) as a data collaboration platform, NTTe-City will provide an experience and demonstration field of ICT utilization for nursing care facilities.
It will start on Monday, April 1, 2024 at Labo.
1. Background and purpose

In nursing care settings in Japan, in addition to reducing the labor burden on nursing care staff, improving the quality and productivity of nursing care services is an issue, and the use of ICT is expected to be one of the solutions. . In particular, the use of sensors in nursing care settings is becoming essential for improving
productivity.

On the other hand, in the nursing care industry, ICT devices with various functions have been introduced, but because the devices that can be linked with each nursing care recording system are limited, it is sometimes difficult to select the appropriate ICT device for each location. In many cases, this is a barrier to implementation.

Against this background, NTT East, which has strengths in implementing ICT, and Trite, which has the top market share in the nursing care industry’s human resources services, are using Bright V’s “Care Data Connect” as their core technology to provide support to nursing care sites. We have decided to develop new initiatives aimed at resolving these issues.

4. Experience environment using ICT for nursing care at NTTe-City Labo

As the first step, NTTe-City will provide a nursing care experience and demonstration field using “Care Data Connect” as a core technology that enables data visualization and operational efficiency across manufacturers.
We will deploy it at Labo and work to expand collaboration with various nursing care ICT businesses in the future.

5. the next deployment

TRYT and NTT East will contribute to the development of the nursing care industry through a wide range of collaborations with various nursing care providers involved in the nursing care business and health tech companies that develop monitoring sensors.

In addition, in order to further improve the productivity and quality of nursing care services through the use of ICT, both companies will analyze and utilize data collected and accumulated from various ICT devices to improve prognosis management and disease prevention.
