1. Background and purpose
In nursing care settings in Japan, in addition to reducing the labor burden on nursing care staff, improving the quality and productivity of nursing care services is an issue, and the use of ICT is expected to be one of the solutions. . In particular, the use of sensors in nursing care settings is becoming essential for improving
productivity.
On the other hand, in the nursing care industry, ICT devices with various functions have been introduced, but because the devices that can be linked with each nursing care recording system are limited, it is sometimes difficult to select the appropriate ICT device for each location. In many cases, this is a barrier to implementation. Against this background, NTT East, which has strengths in implementing ICT, and Trite, which has the top market share in the nursing care industry’s human resources services, are using Bright V’s “Care Data Connect” as their core technology to provide support to nursing care sites. We have decided to develop new initiatives aimed at resolving these issues.
2. Theme of the initiative
(1) Regarding initiatives to promote the introduction of ICT in the nursing care industry
(2) Regarding cooperation in promoting and expanding sales of products from both companies
(3) Other matters related to problem solving in the nursing care industry 3. Role of each company
(1) Trite
・Support for improving on-site productivity through the use of ICT, leveraging our network with nursing care facilities nationwide ・Through Bright V’s “Care Data Connect,” we support reducing the burden of monitoring work and nursing care records by centrally managing and linking data obtained from devices such as monitoring sensors in Japan and overseas.
(2) NTT East Japan
・Promote the use of ICT in the nursing care industry by providing optical line services and Wi-Fi services at nursing care sites, introducing ICT equipment, and providing maintenance and operational support.
・In collaboration with various nursing care ICT providers, we will create a simulated experience environment of a demonstration nursing facility using ICT equipment and systems at the demonstration field “NTTe-City Labo” (Chofu City, Tokyo) aimed at realizing a local recycling-oriented society. (see 4.)
4. Experience environment using ICT for nursing care at NTTe-City Labo As a first step, we will develop a nursing care experience and demonstration field at NTTe-City Labo using “Care Data Connect”, a core technology that enables data visualization and operational efficiency across manufacturers, and will provide various nursing care services in the future.
