* Background to the conclusion of the collaboration agreement * Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, has long utilized ICT and the vitality of the private sector to respond to the diversifying needs of citizens and create new value. Since the coronavirus pandemic, industrial transformation has progressed further by improving business efficiency through digitalization and promoting DX. On the other hand, the labor force participation rate of women has been low compared to Hyogo Prefecture and the whole country, which has long been an issue. * About “Nishinomiya City Female Digital Human Resources Development Project” * The Dejitaru Women’s Empowerment Promotion Consortium combines the knowledge and services of MAIA, Grameen Japan, and other companies to consistently provide recruitment, training, education, and employment support for female human resources who can utilize digital technology.

In conjunction with the conclusion of the partnership agreement regarding the “Nishinomiya City Female Digital Human Resources Development Project,” the “Nishinomiya City Female Digital Human Resources Development Project” aims to promote diverse work styles and expand employment opportunities for women through the acquisition of digital technology. The implementation has been decided. Through this project, we aim to develop IT-related skills, promote the independence and success of women living in Nishinomiya City and its neighboring cities, and promote Nishinomiya City’s digital strategy.

* About “Nishinomiya City Female Digital Human Resources Development Project” * Following the conclusion of this consolidation agreement, we will begin recruiting for the first phase of the “Nishinomiya City Female Digital Human Resource Development Project (nickname: Nishinomiya Dejitaru Girls’ Project)” from April 1, 2024 (Monday).

The “Nishinomiya City Female Digital Human Resources Development Project” targets women living in Nishinomiya City and nearby cities who aim to improve their earning power to suit their lifestyles. Through e-learning provided by MAIA, we aim to develop IT-related skills that are in high demand. We provide opportunities to learn SAP and RPA. In addition, we provide a wide range of curriculum that goes beyond IT, such as training on mindset and business skills that are important when approaching work, and training on money that helps you reconsider your own values. We aim to have you working in our business.

We are recruiting students for the course from April 1st (Monday) to May 31st (Friday), 2024, targeting women living in Nishinomiya City and nearby cities. In conjunction with this recruitment, we will also hold an online information session for those interested in taking the course on the following dates.

・Adult women (18 years or older) residing in Nishinomiya City and nearby cities/towns
