plant-based and discovered through research at a university in Thailand. It can be expected to be effective in safely washing vegetables and fruits and extending their shelf life.
Tests at domestic food institutions have proven that it is more effective at eliminating germs than washing with water alone, and that it has the same long-lasting effect as sodium hypochlorite.
Expiry date inspection
Method: Wash cut lettuce in 4 ways and test after 7 days.
result:
1. Clean with Be Klear – Less than 300 general bacteria
2. Cleaning with sodium hypochlorite — Less than 300 general bacteria 3. Clean with Be Klear and sodium hypochlorite — less than 300 general bacteria 4. Washing with tap water – 17,000 general bacteria
*It is suitable for raw vegetables to contain less than 10,000 general bacteria. (Inspection carried out by Food Microbiology Center)
Compared to traditional cleaning methods, this method causes less damage to the ingredients, leaves no aftertaste, and leaves the color and texture of vegetables intact.
Additionally, it has been tested for food additive suitability by a domestic organization, so you can use it with confidence.
Introduced in various industries including major food processing companies Be Klear took approximately 6 years to develop and has only been on the market for 2 years, but it has been introduced to restaurants, hotels, and major food processing industries in Thailand.

Be Klear does not require the introduction of large machinery, as it is a simple process of dissolving it in water, soaking vegetables and fruits for 15 to 20 minutes, and then rinsing it with water for about 1 minute.
Future prospects
We have obtained evidence from Japan and are considering distributing verification samples to food processing companies. We aim to popularize it as a new option in the industry, replacing sodium hypochlorite and electrolysis. We look forward to hearing from anyone interested in this initiative.
