A total of 339 people graduated.
President Yasutomo Nasu attended the ceremony wearing the university’s official ceremonial clothes, an academic gown and cap. Addressing the graduating infants, children, students, and parents, he said, “On behalf of all the people involved with Okayama University, including the faculty, staff, and alumni of Okayama University, I would like to offer my heartfelt congratulations.” He went on to tell parents, “This graduation means that both your child and their parents have become stakeholders of Okayama University.We at Okayama University will continue to work together as one to support your child. We will continue to support its growth into the future,” he said, expressing the university’s determination to fully support the affiliated school. We pray for the success of the children and students of Okayama University’s affiliated schools who have left their homes. Thank you for your continued support of Okayama University, a national university corporation.
