*A common issue faced by many companies: We understand that
cross-border experience is an effective means of career growth, but time constraints are a major hurdle*
Various research results and papers have shown that cross-border experiences have a significant effect on promoting career development. However, through repeated conversations with people at many companies, we learned that “While many employees devote their full efforts to their daily work, it is difficult to secure opportunities to form long-term, thoughtful ideas about their future careers.” We found that many companies are facing this issue.
As investment in individual career development becomes important as part of human capital management, there is interest in “external change,” but we also face the challenge of lacking concrete triggers. .
* Take the first step towards career autonomy with a short border crossing of about 3 hours: PROTEAN Career Association, which has introduced services for career autonomy to more than 100 companies, will act as a bridge*
PROTEAN Career Association has provided autonomous career services to over 100 major companies. In response to the above issues and based on our past experience, we have developed a new initiative called “Cross-Border Career Dialogue”, a mini-cross-border program. “I’m looking for a connection with people of my generation outside of work.” “I’m unsure about my career and want to take action. I want to know what my peers are doing.” “I’ve hit a plateau in my career and I’m looking for a change that’s not the norm.” We would like to connect people who are in the same position and provide them with an opportunity to take the first step toward career autonomy.
