From Monday, April 1, 2024, we will be offering discounts for people with disabilities and child rates.
The details are as follows.

How to use the service: Before boarding, please inform the station staff at the ticket gate, and the station staff will handle the fare change for you, allowing you to board the train at the disabled and child fare.
*A request is required each time you ride.
*If you are a person with a disability, please present your “Physical Disability Certificate”, “Rehabilitation Certificate”, or “Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate” at the counter.
*If the same card number and the same medium are used for discounts for people with disabilities and children, the total amount of charges will be up to a maximum of 320 yen per day.
(Even if the card number is the same, the touch payment amount with a credit card and the touch payment amount with a smartphone will not be calculated together because the medium is different.)
Target lines: Fukuoka City Subway, all lines
Target audience: Those who have an international brand touch payment compatible card (credit, debit, prepaid) or a smartphone with the card installed.
Payment brands Visa, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, UnionPay *Mastercard(R) will be added sequentially.
*2. Regarding future initiatives (maximum monthly fee service) * From around summer 2024, if the monthly usage amount exceeds 12,570 yen, the usage amount exceeding 12,570 yen will be discounted* “Maximum monthly charge service”*
We are planning to start.
If you use touch payment to ride the subway, you will not be charged more than 12,570 yen per month. In addition, we will continue to provide the “maximum daily charge service” that has been in place for some time, in which if the daily usage amount exceeds 640 yen, the usage amount exceeding 640 yen will be discounted and the bill will be 640 yen. We are planning to respond.
