On March 27th, Gentosha Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Toru Mishiro) announced the release of the latest book by Shima Tasan, who is popular on TV as a legendary housekeeper. Shima’s recipe notes

To commemorate the release of this book, a talk event and autograph session will be held at Roppongi Tsutaya Bookstore on Friday, April 12th.
