CBRE named one of Fortune Magazine’s “America’s Most Innovative Companies” ……
CBRE Group (NYSE:CBRE) announced that it has been named to Fortune Magazine’s Most Innovative Companies list for the second year in a row.
Only 2% of companies evaluated were recognized as Most Innovative, making CBRE the only commercial real estate services company to receive the award.

Fortune magazine and its research partner Statista evaluate companies on three dimensions: product innovation, process innovation, and innovation culture. Product innovation evaluates a company’s products and services from aspects such as design, ease of use, and uniqueness, while process innovation evaluates a company’s product sourcing, production, marketing, sales, and support. Innovation culture primarily reflects whether a company is successful in fostering creativity and entrepreneurship.
Fortune magazine evaluated approximately 15,000 companies on a 100-point scale to determine the most innovative companies. The Innovation Culture and Process Innovation scores are based in part on a survey of more than 35,000 people. Meanwhile, scores for product innovation and process innovation were determined based on responses from more than 8,000 industry experts.
