We will be selling a cute shaped cream puff “Canelé de Choux” for a limited time.

Hybrid sweets “Canelé de Choux”

The official name of canelé is “Canelé de Bordeaux,” which means a traditional sweet from the Bordeaux region of France.
From this, we named it “Canelé de Choux,” which means a cream puff-shaped canelé.
In addition, “Canelé de Choux” is a name that we registered as a trademark in August 2023, and it is a cute new sensation sweet that is not only delicious as a combination of cream puffs and canelé, but is sure to be Instagrammable.

Canelé-shaped choux completed after over 1000 failed attempts

It was very difficult to press the puffy choux pastry into a canelé shape and bake it into a cute canelé shape.
Canelé de Choux was finally completed after many failures in the composition of the choux pastry, temperature, and baking method.
