Notice of end of stock investment crowdfunding recruitment period for Space Agency Co., Ltd. “Little House PACO”
*We have recently closed the recruitment period for “Stock Investment Crowdfunding” at 23:59 on Friday, March 29th. *
We achieved the target recruitment amount of 10 million yen at 14:59 on March 6th (Wednesday) and extended the recruitment period until 23:59 on March 29th (Friday) in order to reach the maximum recruitment amount (60 million yen). However, thanks to your support, we received over 40 million yen in support from 226 investors.
In order to meet your expectations, we will work together to accelerate business growth.

Our company is based in Kumamoto Prefecture and offers products that are designed and constructed in-house to meet a variety of needs, including custom-built houses and standard houses under our own brand. The housing business continues to grow steadily, and sales for this fiscal year (ending March 2024) are expected to be approximately 1.39 billion yen.
In 2018, we began business development of “PACO,” a compact house that condenses all the functions necessary for a home in a space of about 15 square meters. “PACO” has the following characteristics. 1.The house functions as a house with minimal elements and adopts a simple design.
2. Achieves high safety, comfort, durability, and economy with the same structure, performance, and warranty as a home.
3. Enable completed buildings to be reused and promote social stockpiling of housing in case of disasters.
It won the Good Design Award in 2023, and the number of requests for materials has increased from 162 in 2021 to 1,746 in 2023.
We also started a franchise business and built a network with 17 member stores and 19 areas nationwide (as of February 2024). We aim to expand to approximately 50 areas by 2026.
By providing “PACO”, a small house made in Japan at a low cost, which complies with the Japanese Building Standards Act, has high earthquake resistance, heat insulation, airtightness, and excellent design, it is popular not only in Japan but also in Japan. We believe it is possible to capture market share overseas.
In addition, in Kumamoto Prefecture, where our company is based, semiconductor-related companies have decided to move in one after another, starting with the expansion of the world’s largest
semiconductor manufacturer, so we can expect a large amount of job creation, and the accompanying demand for housing. is also rapidly increasing.
We believe that this will provide a tailwind for sustainable growth for our existing new home construction business.
