From April 1, 2024, the information dissemination media “Okayama University Media (OTD)” will transition from being an Okayama University official media to a media managed primarily by our students.
“Okayama University Media (OTD)” began operation in March 2021 with the vision of “delivering valuable information about Okayama University and maximizing its potential.” As a university-authorized media outlet, we have been disseminating “current information” such as news, information on club activities and circles, information on seminars and laboratories, and information on restaurants in the university town to our students and prospective students.
From April 2024, it will become a media jointly operated by TsudoiBa Co., Ltd., whose representative director is Yasuyuki Wakita, a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at our university, and the Okayama University Entrepreneurship Department, which is made up of student volunteers. In response to the transition, Wakita said, “We will continue to broadcast as a media that will make the university lives of Okaya University students as enjoyable and meaningful as possible! Thank you for your continued support of OTD.” !” commented. “Okaya University Media (OTD)” will continue to disseminate information as a media that conveys the appeal and current status of our university.
