Support for balancing work and disability: We will start a regular delivery service “Support for balancing work and disability for Tsukemen boys.”
~I want to make preparing dinner fun and easy for my husband who supports his wife’s nursing care and hospital visits~
Jiraku, whose mission is to create an environment where people with internal disabilities can work comfortably, will begin regular deliveries of ramen and tsukemen for husbands whose wives work despite having disabilities. This is a menu that many men like and is easy to make. We create happy and smiling families across the country while balancing disability and work.
This press release is a dream sent out by a business operator who sympathizes with the April Dream project and wants to make April 1st a day full of dreams, in hopes of making them come true.

Jiraku Co., Ltd. will begin regular delivery services from April 1, 2024, in order to solve the hassle of preparing meals for husbands of working couples who are both receiving treatment for disabilities or illnesses. The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and the Consumer Affairs Agency are also supporting the project.
1.Background of starting the business
The background to starting this business is that CEO Sakiyama became disabled in 2022, and when her husband started making meals, she had trouble finding shopping and menus. This was the first problem we faced when we started out as a married couple with both parents working with disabilities.
At first, it was from the perspective of the “eater.” However, in order to make it last long, it is important for the creator to make it fun and easy. I realized that the shopping bags on the commuter train would probably be too narrow for my shoulders. I changed my
perspective to the “creator” side.

The menu is limited to ramen and tsukemen. It’s something men like and it’s easy to make.
・Price: 3,000 yen for 8 meals (tax and shipping included)
・Delivery is on the 25th of every month
・The product includes Sakiyama’s Cabinet Office Essay Contest honorable mention work, “Supporting Tsukemen Boys to Balance Work and Life,” and a handwritten letter.
“Support for work-life balance for Tsukemen boys” (Applications are written using the married name “Miyuki Katsumata.”) ・Incorporating local ramen to provide fun for families with people with disabilities who have difficulty traveling.
– Avoid salt and animal fats (back fat, lard, etc.) and consider your health. ・Do not use disposable containers. Use what you have at home. It’s time consuming, but it’s good for the environment and the economy.

・We are always accepting companies to open stores, aiming for 100 companies. ・Based on supporting men who are responsible for treating their wives’ illnesses, infertility treatments, and caring for their parents. We look forward to wide-ranging expansion.
・We will hold a “husband’s tsukemen/ramen contest” for users on the Internet. Through this project, we hope to increase the number of working couples in Japan who are happy and smiling despite their disabilities. We are independent, doing work and housework.
Our company supports April Dream, which aims to make April 1st the day to share dreams.
