All employees thought about this.
After many discussions, the answer we came up with was “to help enrich society.”
We take pride in our services related to entertainment, which is a job that entertains people, and aim for win-win for all relationships, whether it be with our users, clients, partners, or within our company.
Within the company, we strive for growth and growth by having each person take advantage of their unique characteristics in their assigned roles and act with the goal of mutual growth, while keeping in mind the idea of “strengthening each other’s strengths and compensating for each other’s weaknesses.” We will lead to results. My dream and goal is to create an environment where people can find their work rewarding, build trust by leveraging our company’s strength of “responsiveness,” and become a company that can generate even more profits than it currently does.
